Shipping Information
Orders placed by noon (EST) will usually ship the same business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1PM (EST) usually ship the next business day. To ensure your gift arrives is perfect condition, we recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box.
Following the shipment of your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Please refer to this email while your order is in transit.
Perishable Items
Certain perishable items contained within our gourmet gift baskets must be shipped in no more than 1-2 days. In situations where warm weather will affect a gourmet gift basket we will substitute perishables with non-perishable products in order to limit the cost of expedited delivery. We also will not ship out gourmet gift baskets with perishables on Thursdays and Fridays.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our baskets.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are included at no additional cost with all of our gourmet gift baskets. You may provide your message while viewing your shopping bag (remember to click "update"). You may also email us with a message before your order ships.
Order Changes
Please make us aware of any changes to your order within 12 hours of confirmation. If your order requires rerouting after being picked up by the Parcel Delivery Company a charge of $25.00 will be applied to your order.
If the Parcel Delivery Company returns your order as undeliverable, you have the option of reshipping the same order to a new address and paying a new shipping charge, or receive a credit for 50% of the total amount of your order. The shipping charge is nonrefundable.
P.O. / A.P.O Orders
Please call 800-826-0067 for orders shipping to P.O. / A.P.O boxes. We will not accept these orders online.
International Orders
We do not ship outside the United States of America.
Businesses/Hospitals
We do not guarantee deliveries to businesses and hospitals. These shipments are usually handled by a general receiving department and then routed. Due to this extra handling we cannot guarantee delivery. Please be sure to provide very specific shipping information when shipping to one of these locations.
